Mould Oil

Mould oil is an important part of any concrete pouring. Not only can the formwork be removed seamlessly, but also concrete pollution can be prevented. HP1 mould oil is a high quality release agent. It is stain resistant, which means it can also be used in colored, white or standard OPC.Besides, it can be used for steel and wood formwork, wood requires an additional coating before pouring concrete. For vertical formwork, make sure to remove excess grease that has accumulated on the bottom of the formwork before pouring.

Application

Do not dilute; do not dilute. Apply even paint to the clean surface of the stencil to avoid over-coating. It should be applied as soon as possible after the last application to enhance weather resistance. Use spray equipment (Miers can provide spray equipment from plastic to metal) or brushes, cotton swabs and rollers. Any excess should be removed. For new "unsealed" wood formwork, it is recommended to use Easywax for pre-treatment before use. This will extend the life of the formwork and help standardize the surface absorbency. This product is suitable for internal use only in well-ventilated areas.
