The History
It all began when the aluminum system formworks Manufacturer were established in Malaysia early 90’s. An excellent idea to support local high rise building construction, a good and logical system which allow each floor to be built within a week would also make a lot of dollar sense but then the performance of release failed miserably.
A lot of sticky and corrosive problem on formwork and caused troublesome for finishing process such as structure cracking, concrete surface very rough, honeycomb issue on concrete surface and etc.
Overview
AROX LUBRICANTS / AROTECH were called in to provide solution. We rectified the problem which caused the major issues by other Mould oils and created a new formulated Mould Release Agent to resolved the issues. The Conreleze series performed very good and assessed by Aluminium Formwork Manufacturers with nominated as one of international standard.
Since then, we had been pioneering the production of Form release agent for aluminum system formworks for the building industry both locally and overseas.
Delivery
Over the years, our knowledge and expertise helped the founding of numerous factories producing these aluminum system formworks. (eg. MFE, AL FORM, KUMKANG, SAMMOK, TAAL, CITO and etc.) We managed many these and become most reliable mould release solution provider for aluminium formwork installation.
Now
Today, we can easily look back at all the numerous projects we had supported in the pass two decades with pride. Some of who had even gone on to become major players in building construction line, and they says a lot about us.
Next Steps
AROX LUBRICANTS and AROTECH are established in 1996 comprising the original team that helped transform and thus created the globally accepted products.
Armed with experiences garnered from the preceding years, and our extensive knowledge of this industry, we have decided to take a giant leap of faith and face the challenges head on.
